Our AMBROSIA Chunk White Tuna is of the Albacore variety which means it has the lightest flesh (white with a hint of pink) and is the only tuna that can be called .white.. Chunk Tuna has smaller pieces than solid white. Use on sandwiches, wraps, or mixed with mayonnaise on salad bars.
